She studied acupuncture with the British Medical Acupuncture Society, of which she is a member and uses western acupuncture in conjunction with her osteopathy.
Nicky lectures to BCOM undergraduate Osteopaths in soft tissue technique and osteopathic technique. She also works as a clinic tutor at the student–run osteopathic clinic.
Charlotte mainly practices cranial osteopathy, a very gentle form of osteopathy particularly effective for newborns, children and pregnant women – Charlotte’s specialist areas.
Charlotte also lectures in visceral osteopathic technique and is a clinic tutor at the student-run osteopathic clinic at BCOM.
In 2004, Sarah moved to New Zealand to work in an osteopathic practice with a teaching paediatric clinic. She continued to develop her skills in cranial and structural osteopathy, as well as assisting in visceral, cranial and structural osteopathic teaching at The Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland.
Back in the UK, Sarah now specialises in cranial osteopathy, paediatric osteopathy and naturopathy.
